Scoring

The LPGA online golf is a game of skill. No gambling or gaming of any kind is permitted under any circumstances.
Scores from all games that meet the requirements of the tournaments are submitted to the Tournament Leader board.
Tournament Places are assigned by the best score recorded between the time the player enters the tournament and Midnight on the last day of the tournament. Games that begin before but finished after midnight are ineligible for entry.
In the event of a tie, the player who completed the 18 holes of play in the shortest amount of time will be determined to have the advantage.
In the event of a tie of both the lowest score and the shortest time the player who commenced their tournament round first is awarded the place.

Player Qualification

Players must pay the tournament fee specified for each tournament to enter.
There is no limit to the number of times a contestant can enter an individual tournament . However, only a contestant's lowest score will count toward winning a prize. No more than one prize per tournament will be awarded per player.
Any attempt to cheat the tournament, as determined at the sole discretion of the LPGA, may be cause for: removal from all tournaments; forfeiture of winnings; and may also result in termination of the player account. The number of winners permitted per tournament may change at LPGA's sole discretion.
Cash winnings are redeemable for cash in the actual amount. Cash winnings will be mailed via US Postal Service within four weeks of the tournament end date.
NOTE: A check request may be subject to denial if the player has already requested or been sent a check or a merchandise prize under a different registered Player Name.
You are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside and from which you participate and are solely responsible for adhering to those applicable laws. You agree that the LPGA and or MVP Network, Inc. cannot be held liable if laws applicable to you restrict or prohibit your participation. The LPGA and or MVP Network, Inc. makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to your legal right to participate in any Service offered on the Site, including the prize award features, nor shall any person affiliated, or claiming affiliation with the Service have authority to make any such representations or warranties. The LPGA reserves the right to monitor the geographical location from which you access the Service, including the prize award features, and to block access from any jurisdiction in which participation may not be permissible determined by the sole discretion of the LPGA. The LPGA may require a participant receiving a prize to provide proof that he or she is eligible to participate in the prize award features of the Service.
Information you provide will be used to determine your geographical location. The information may include, but is not limited to, the following:
1. IP Address. Each time you register or logon and at various intervals during an online session at this LPGA web site, The LPGA and or MVP Network, Inc. may check your IP address to help determine to commercially reasonable standards the jurisdiction from which you are playing.
2. Billing Address. Each time you change your billing address we may check the jurisdiction.
3. Shipping Address. Each time you change your shipping address we may check the jurisdiction.
4. If any of the criteria used indicates you might be participating from a jurisdiction where prize award features may not be permissible (an "Ineligible Jurisdiction") then merchandise or cash prizes will not be shipped.
The LPGA and or MVP Network, Inc. assume no responsibility in any way for the performance or stability of any game or the entire site on your specific computer. Older computers may perform poorly and may affect the game play and the winnings from the game. It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements. Even having met the minimum standards, The LPGA and or MVP Network, Inc. does not warrant or guarantee performance or play-ability of any game on any specific computer. The game play experience may be significantly different from system to system. Any attempts to affect play or winnings by means including but not limited to using obsolete or intentionally slowed up computers may be cause for termination of this Agreement. MVP Network makes no warranties as to the stability, speed or reliability of your Internet connection or operating system. Each game play is at your own risk.

Player Prize Distribution

The LPGA eTour offers the most guaranteed prizes and biggest opportunity to win major cash prizes than any other online golf game. How it works:
- Players who finish with the lowest 30 scores in each weekly tournament receive at least one scratch and win card (see card for details of how to win) for a chance to win cash prizes of between $1,000 and $150,000 dollars.
- - If a player has paid $5.99 - $100,000 is the top cash prize
  - If a player has paid $7.99 - $125,000 is the top cash prize
  - If a player has paid $9.99 or more - $150,000 is the top cash prize
- Players who finish with the lowest 20 scores in each weekly tournament receive a scratch and win card and a merchandise prize.
- Prizes are awarded in descending value based on order of finish. Because many prizes are regional we attempt to match prizes with players that have the closest proximity to where the prizes originate. We check with winners to see if they desire a prize even if it is not within their geographic region. Winners must notify us within 48 hours if they want to accept the prize. If they decline the prize, they will be awarded another prize of equal or lesser value that better suits the winner's geography or requires no geographic consideration.
- Frequent player bonus – Players can earn extra scratch and win cards and the chance to win cash prizes of $1,000 - $150,000 by doing the following:
- - Play in 10 weekly tournaments receive 1 scratch and win card
  - Play in 20 weekly tournaments receive 2 scratch and win cards
  - Play in 30 weekly tournaments receive 3 scratch and win cards
  - Play in 40 weekly tournaments receive 4 scratch and win cards
  - Play in all 52 weekly tournaments receive 10 scratch and win cards
  - Bonus scratch and cards will be awarded to players after they have
  - played in each 10 weekly tournament segment.

A player may win no more than one cash or merchandise prize with a retail value of more than $50 during a 30-day period. There is no limit on the number of scratch & win cards a player may win in a 30-Day Period. A player may accumulate points without limit during the entire 52-week tournament period.

Tournament Game Requirements

Each tournament is restricted to the length and skill level that is specified in the tournament summary. Games played at a different skill level or number of holes will not be considered for entry.
