Are there any known hardware problems?

LPGA eTour is designed to run on as many different computer configurations as possible. While we strive to make the game compatible with all major computer hardware, the game is known to sometimes lose sounds or have sound cut in and out on some integrated sound cards. The occurrence of this is rare, and if you do run into this issue it's recommended that you download the latest sound drivers for the card and see if this remedies the problem.
You MUST either DISABLE any firewalls or set proper permissions for LPGA eTour to be allowed through any firewalls in order to successfully play the game. This includes the Windows Firewall (If prompted, be sure to click allow).

Any Performance Tips?

For optimal performance make sure to run LPGA eTour FULL SCREEN and not in windowed mode. If you must run the game in windowed mode, then to increase performance consider lowering the resolution of your desktop, or decreasing the detail settings in the game.
Be sure to quit all other applications before running LPGA eTour.

How do you play the game?

Please see our guide located at "How to Play," which has all the technical information you'll need playing LPGA eTour!

How many times can I resume a game?

In order to alleviate the problems that can occur with Internet connectivity and computer hardware, we have included a feature that allows the resuming of a previously canceled game. In order to discourage malicious activities, however, we're forced to limit the number of times a player can resume a game to three. If, after a third attempt you are unable to complete the course, your progress will be deleted and you will only be able to start a new game.

What if the shot ring is too slow to be challenging?

You can make the shot ring more challenging (faster) by selecting a higher skill level when you create a game.

What can I do if my shot ring is choppy or jumps around?

The shot ring can become choppy at higher video settings. If you experience this effect, please try lowering Details in Settings to Medium or Low. If this does not solve the problem then switching the Simulation Video in Settings to 800 x 600 can remedy the problem.
